Love the art for Danger Girl / GIJoe. You can never go wrong with the classic uniforms, add in Danger Girl and it’s really no wonder the first issue was the highest selling GIJoe title for IDW in the past few years.

Really enjoying the Joe/Danger Girl crossover. Not just the artwork, but the tone of the story reminds me so much of the classic Sunbow toon, which is why I like it so much. I really haven’t enjoyed reading a Joe comic this much in years.

And that’s one of the main reasons why this crossover is so dumb. The Sunbow writers came up with gag after gag. The first season of the Sunbow episodes (1985) had way too many episodes in it with just crap. “Bazooka saw a seaserpent” “The greenhouse effect”,”Sattelitedown”,”Redrocketsglare”,”Operationmidmenace””The phantombrigade”,”Moneytoburn”, “Primordialplot”, etc. They were just TERRIBLE and they worse than some of the DIC episodes.The way this artist draws women… it looks like there ready to work the streets as prostitute than soldiers. Seriously Scarlett, that bow needs to go… it’s so dumb and outdated, you can’t use that on the battlefield in the 21st central. If you need something that’s both an Assault Rifle and a Sniper Rifle… then go with the SABRhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2OMzlhF3uI And get rid of those damn high heel boots! Women in the military (the real military) don’t wear crap like that
