Phil at JoeReloaded was kind enough to inform us that he has posted a 5-page preview for the upcoming fourth issue of G.I. Joe: Origins on his site. He was even kinder enough to allow us to host the images here as well, so check them out below!
TerrorDrome forum member CADPAT has posted a very nice, intensive review for the upcoming Reactive Armor Duke for the G.I. Joe: The Rise of COBRA toyline. This figure is becoming more and more cemented as a great one every time I see more images of it. The sleek design of the uniform only seems to add to the range of motion and poseability of the figure, which is a very strong selling point for me.
I’ve mirrored a few images below, but there are a lot more at the review, so check out this great review here!
Thanks to JoeBattleLines for pointing out that Larry Hama has done a new interview for comics website Comic Book Resources. He touches on many facets of his career, including (of course) G.I. Joe.
Of note, he had this to say about the film, “I was on board as a consultant on the movie. I’m seeing the latest cut at the end of May, but I really liked the rough cut I saw in December. Stu Beattie wrote a killer screenplay. Marlon Wayans rocks. Ray Park owns Snake-Eyes. ‘Nuff said.”
As E3 soldiers on, we’ve got some more great video courtesy of GameTrailers.com. This time around we get a Developer’s Walkthrough of the upcoming G.I. Joe: The Rise of COBRA game, which gives us a great look at the gameplay itself as well as some insight from one of the designers.
Thanks to HissCommander from the Terror Drome for the info, check out the site here, or just hit up the embed below.
For fans of weapon replicas, it looks like cool things could be coming your way as the release of The Rise of COBRA draws closer. The latest issue of Previews Magazine has listings and an image of these two swords being released by United Cutlery. The picture is hosted below, and thanks to Jeff Bohn for the information.
